Changing trip leaders after a trip has been created.

I do not yet know the field trip leaders for the upcoming Intro To the Natural World field trips in the Teanaway River valley.

I'd like to create the trip with placeholder leaders, then change the names once the true leaders are known. Is this possible for me to do on-line?

    Hi Dave,

    You should be able to do this pretty easily. You'll need to make the leader limit 2 when you are creating the event--you can register other leaders at a later date. Once they are registered go to the roster page. There should be a red arrow by your name and a black arrow by the other leader's name. To change the primary leader, click on the black arrow next to the other leader's name. Once you are no longer the primary leader, you should also be able to cancel yourself out of the roster.
